Your kids will learn about Marine Biology and Marine Ecology, Technology and Fishing. They will learn about science, technology, engineering and math through interactive activities. Fishing, swimming, snorkeling, reading, scientific experiments, sampling, researching, water and soil collection, sponge research, shark tagging, art, crafts, role playing, robotics, computer technology, social media, public speaking, career day, employment skill, resume writing, interviewing skills, job expectations, cooking, bait, goal setting, vision board, guided imagery, visualization, literacy skills, computer science and robotics.

All your kids are swim tested and will have swimming lesson and snorkeling lessons. Science comes alive for your child will they explore these learning tracks: Fishing; Freshwater; research on invasive and native fish, Saltwater; research on sponges, sharks and invasive and native fish, Technology; robotics, sonar, drones and high tech tools. Each track will form a hypothesis and work to defend it over the course of the 4 weeks. 

The 12 classroom sessions in our headquarters in Miami Lakes include life skills, literacy activity, science and biology lesson, and arts and crafts activity with a stay off drugs and out of gangs' message. There is a fishing tournament at the end. We teach "the scientific method" is a process for experimentation that is used to explore observations and answer questions. The curriculum that we use is Hooked on Fishing Not on Drugs.  

Our program combines multiple in the field hands on exploration on the water learning opportunities and hands on conservation education. We teach water safety and safe boating behaviors with role playing situations and solutions for safety.   There are also rap sessions on topics such as anger, fear, drug prevention, stress management, life skills, conservation, and responsible citizenship. There are eight out of the classroom biweekly field trips. Locations (with an alternate) Miami Science Museum, Seaquarium, Holey Lands Wildlife Management Center, Biscayne National Park, Holiday Park Everglades, University of Miami, Nova University Shark Lab. Miami Children's Museum and the Zoo. 

Weekly Camp Fee only $125 per week.
